Zucchini bread
Preheat oven to 350F
(350F-32F)*5/9 = 177C
Spray loaf pan (typically 9”x5”x3” or 8”x4”x3” ) with vegetable oil then coat w/ flour
23 cm x 13cm x 8cm
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 large eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups white sugar (or 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups shredded zucchini
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients (except shredded zucchini)
Mix in shredded zucchini
Combine then pour in loaf pan
Bake 350F for 60ish min
